Well, this is the first post on my new blog. On these pages I will record, in words and pictures my experiences as Susan and I move north to Alaska. It has been a long strange trip getting here, but here we are and the time to departure has dwindled to 7 days. Lots to do still and, with the weather hovering around 105 F during the day, we are mostly doing it at night. More later.
Praise the LORD!! I am so very excited that you decided to document your trip, it will be something you can look back on and enjoy:) Look forward to your posts.

oh, unless you're tracking weather here, please pack RAIN GEAR.
ReplyDeleteit's been 50-57 degrees with rain, I don't even think it's been up over 70 this whole summer!!
Blessings,
Lisa
We're all excited to welcome you to Seward and to the St. Peter's family!!
ReplyDeleteFor those of you in Seward, you have no Idea what a Treasure you are getting. There is no one on this planet I would rather have at my back than Vernon. He is the "calm" in the eye of any storm. As for his beautiful wife , Susan made our wedding cake 11 years ago come October. She is by far the most talented professional I have ever met. Her Kitchen skills are second to none. While my life has kept me from theirs these last few years, I am sad that they are going, but jofull for them and their new adventure.
